Our therapists are specialists in the newest techniques to help people to heal who have experienced trauma. We are trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as well as other effective therapies. We have 26 years of experience working with children and adults who are having difficulty with anxiety and depression, who have been sexually abused, who are experiencing grief or loss, who are adult children of alcoholics or have child or teen behavioral problems.

We have recently begun to offer peak performance coaching to increase your effectiveness in business, sports or your social life.
